Burger King — Restaurant in La Línea de la Concepción

I am am expert BK reviewer. This is a very small place. Usually it's a quick and helpful service but it totally depends who is on duty at the till and who is the manager..So to be fair, sometimes it IS so slow. Some staff, mostly the young men (eg A*i), to be fair, fail to work quickly enough and lack a customer centric view of their work. They plod through entering orders like they have never heard of a Whopper Vegetal and have never done it before! There have been occasions when you even have to prompt for a cup! To be balanced, there is one lady server (always wears a face mask) who is excellent and the opposite of the ploddy, non communicative young men. They have order-screens too, if that's preferable. Note, there are no toilets...but no clear signs to say this; bonkers. It's the only place in La Linea to get a GOOD plant-based, cruelty-free burger. One last big point, the staff must pay more attention to the state of the 'restaurant', and clean it more frequently. A picture is provided to...

Had to stop at this location to get food for the kids. Like the restaurant chain next door I was hesitant about going. However the service was normal, the food was good and the staff were great. The number of locals and teens who hassle the staff for stupid reasons actually make the experience bad. The staff seem to try to help as much as possible yet they have to deal with people throwing rubbish on the floor, tables left full of trash and people just complaining and being needy. Thanks for the service. Hope your staff get treated better...

Dry burgers, probably left over from midday, faulty screen on the auto kiosk that crashed just when I had completed my order, and a lady who seemed like she would rather be anywhere other than there, taking my order. Apart from that, when I got home the order was wrong and the four of us ate 8 portions of fries, instead of wedges and onion rings.
