Mangiaitaliano — Restaurant in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Really disappointing. The restaurant was not particularly busy when we visited but despite this the food took about 45 minutes to arrive. Even after this relatively long wait it did not meet expectations. The vegetable pizza was extremely poor - undercooked on the base and the toppings, and the flavours were bland. Not what you expect when it is sold as having “the best of the market garden”. We would have sent it back, but by the time it arrived we were too hungry to say otherwise.

The gnocchi was average, nothing notable about it. The salmon salad was the highlight of all the food we ordered.

We ordered the chocolate coulant for desert, which was nice. But it’s just cake and ice cream, and it doesn’t really influence the review, which I have based on the mediocre fresh food.

The prices are reasonable but I don’t expect to return as the quality just wasn’t sufficient. Perhaps they were having a bad day, as the restaurant seems popular...

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Return

We visited as a group of six, and the experience was far from enjoyable. The service was painfully slow; we waited too long for our drinks, and the food was equally disappointing. The carbonara lacked flavor, the pasta with mushrooms was bland and unseasoned, and the solomillo was inconsistently cooked—one medium-rare as requested, the other nearly raw. To top it off, even the tiramisu was bad, lacking the expected flavor and texture.

None of us were satisfied, and we agreed never to return. It was a disappointing meal and poor...

Lunch on a regular weekday with my partner.

The place wasn’t particularly original, but it was clean and in a good location.

The service was fast and decent, though nothing remarkable.

We ordered parmigiana and gnocchi alla carbonara, but both dishes were disappointingly bland. There was hardly any flavor, the worst part was the bill, everything was overpriced for the quality.

I won't return, just basic Italian dishes without taste...
