Terrible costumer service. They barely speak english which was already a problem in the begging because for somehow it was hard for them to understand the exact name of the food that was on the menu. We ate 2 potato bowls and drank 2 apple juices and the waiter who served the drinks smashed them on the table and did not say a word to us. The other waiter who took our order was acting upset because we only drank 2 juices even though there were 5 of us. When we paid the guy who served the drinks were so rude to one of us that I even had to speak up because this is not a behavior they should allow themselves. When we used the toilet one of the women that work there asked us rudely if we are costumers because if not we can’t use the toilet, then she left the restroom without washing her hands after using the toilet. Nice location, ok food selection, but terrible, terrible service. Oh and do not even think asking if they speak English, they guy rolled eyes and was super rude. Oh and by our experience it is not granted that everyone speaks English, hence asking. Did not end up eating there! Update: We did ask if the waiter speaks English exactly for the purpose that it is not reasonable for us to expect that all of the peole does. But the answer answer itself of the guy and more importantly the way he told it: “Of course I speak English” with eyes rolling like we would ask him something outrageous was - why we left. This restaurant absolutely deserves a 5/5 rating for me. The atmosphere was really calm, with a stunning view of the surrounding area that added to the overall experience. The meat was perfectly prepared, satisfying even the most demanding tastes. Prices were fair for the quality of the food and service provided. The staff was very friendly, considerate, and hospitable, and there was no issue communicating in English, which is a big plus for international guests.
