I regret to say that my recent visit to this establishment was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the quality of the food as my party and I endured an excruciating two-hour wait before deciding to leave.

The treatment we received from the waitstaff was nothing short of deplorable. Not only were they unresponsive to our concerns, but they also responded rudely to my companions. The final straw came when we were handed a bill totaling 39 euros for a seemingly exorbitant charge for water and an appetizer.

This experience has left me with a bitter taste, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. The combination of the prolonged wait, disrespectful service, and unreasonable charges makes it clear that there are better dining...

👍🏻 Puntos positivos por: • Aparcamientos disponibles cerca. (+1⭐️) • La decoración y la orientación de las mesas hacen que sea un lugar confortable. (+1⭐️) • Buena iluminación y limpieza. • Buena calidad de cocina. (+1⭐️) • El servicio es atento y amable. • Puedes elegir entre comer en el interior o en terraza exterior al aire libre. • Los aseos tienen jabón, papel para secarse las manos, están limpios y tiene sistema bacteriostático. (+1⭐️) • Buen acceso para personas de movilidad reducida. (+1⭐️)

👎🏻 Puntos negativos por: • No encienden el aire acondicionado en momentos de calor aún teniéndolo funcional. (-1⭐️)

🌟 Recomendado: El bacalao estuvo estupendo y el sorbete de limón fue magistral. La carne no estuvo mal pero la opción de los pescados es francamente mejor. ✍🏻 Nota: Asegúrate de reservar con antelación.

🦠 Medidas contra Covid: Son exigentes con las medidas antiCovid. • Todo el personal usa mascarillas y exigen que lleves mascarilla. • Disposición de puntos con gel hidroalcohólico. • Los aseos están limitados a una sola persona salvo en aquellos casos que sea necesaria asistencia.

5/5 for food but 4/5 for service.

We went in for lunch, but many of the tables by the window were “reserved”. After we finished eating 45 minutes later, the tables were still empty. Would have been nice if we could have sat there knowing we had to finish the table by a certain time. Also the wait staff doesn’t seem interested in serving you…

But once you’ve ordered the food is excellent ! Wah, one of the best meals we’ve had so far on 3 weeks in Canary Islands - so do come for the food and hopefully the views but not for...
