We went out to eat here. It was very very bad. The first red flag was the fact there was a toothpick in our patatas aioli. When we said something about it the server took the plate and just walked away without saying anything. Rude. Next red flag was that our croquettes were still frozen on the inside, when we said something about it they took the plate again without saying anything. The server came back with the croquettes and we noticed they just put them in the fry for a second time. Who does that??? The servers were not nice and we did not feel welcome. They look really really long to bring the food so at a certain point we wanted to leave because we were not expecting anything good anymore. The only good thing is that they didn’t let us pay for the bad food. But we needed to ask for that ourselves. So i would not recommend this place at all. Maybe they are nice to people who do speak Spanish but it felt like they wanted us...

À food that was worth it’s price.

The service was absolutely awful tho. We stayed their for 1h40 minutes for a lunch that should have been eaten and payed in 40 minutes.

The service was slow, the waitress bringing two plates at a time for all the tables there (buy a tray guys, for real). They waited for the entire table to be served to tell the last person of our group that he had to pick a new dish cause the « chicken never arrived this morning », please communicate with your kitchen.

Every table rotated 2 times before we were done and when I expressed my displeasure with the service they said that all the tables arrived at the same time. It’s called a rush and it’s litterally the concept of...

Una auténtica vergüenza, la comida malisima, todo parecia prefabricado. Pedimos 2 menus en los cuales los primeros eran paella y ensaladilla rusa. La paella obviamente no era una paella, era arroz con cosas, estaba el arroz pasadisimo que practicamente no se podia comer de lo desagradable que era la textura. En cuanto a la ensaladilla, los trozos de patata eran enormes llegando al punto de encontrarnos media patata entera sin machacar y totalmente cruda. En cuanto a los otros dos platos, un cachopo y un escalope, sin mas, el precio que tenian no se correspondia con la calidad de la comida. En cuanto a los camareros bastantes secos y desagradables, no se interesaron por si la comida estaba bien y eso, solo se interesaban por aligerar la comida para que se sentaram otros comensales, llegaron a tal punto que nos estuvieron repitiendo varias veces que si nos recogian los platos quedandonos practicamente el plato entero. En cuanto al servicio es bastante rapido pero bastante sucio, los platos y copas no estaban bien limpios. Los postres no son caseros, son tartas compradas de supermercado que puedes ver perfectamente si estas en la primera planta y no dejan tomar cafe por eso de aligerar las comida cuando esa persona q se pide el cafe no va a tomar postre y el cafe se lo va a tomar de manera simultánea con la persona que esta tomando postre, algo que tiene muy poca logica . Y para rematar no he visto ambiente mas sucio y antihigiénico en mi vida, los baños bastante sucios que daba asco y el lavabo fuera de donde se encontraba el wc y a la vista de todo el comedor, en fin… y ya para colmo, el pan sobrante de una mesa que puede haber sido tocado, chupado … es devuelto A LA CESTA DEL PAN Y ES SERVIDO PARA LAS SIGUIENTES MESAS, esto visto con mis propios ojos. Un sitio que nunca recomendaria y que no iria ni aunque...
