BAR ROSTISSERIA PIOLINDO — Restaurant in Lloret de Mar

Very rude and not so friendly staff, I wanted to use the WC and was guided by a shop to go around the corner and would see a WC.

When I approached the WC a man from the restaurant / bar came running out and started calling me al type of abusive names in Spanish which I didn't understand but looking around me everyone sitting outside and on the table started laughing which made me feel a stare of being humiliated.

When I explain that I was guided to this area, the staff made a big scene calling "you English people etc....."

He asked me to pay 2 euros, and wouldn't let me go even though I had not used his WC. Instead I bought two drinks and that staff wouldn't give up, as he kept on shouting also he didn't believe me and insisted wanted me to show him who guided me to this bar for WC. He made me walk with him to the shop keeper that pointed the WC, at this time as I wanted to prove a point I went along with him. When he met the shop keeper, they just started talking in Spanish and made a joke of it and laughing which to me was very strange and I just left it there.

I think this is a scam that is taking place to trick tourist for money.

I would avoid and would not recommend anybody using this bar, very rude and aggressive behaviour from the owner and the staffs.

Overall I think there should be a sign on the WC saying only for paying customers, however as this is a scam for tourists I guess what they're doing seems to be...

Best roasted chicken worldwide! Seriously, I come to this place for years now and although I've tasted roasted chicken in many countries, here they have a secret recipe to make them crispy and tender. They used to be on the opposite side of the road before -attached to the suoermarket- so don't get fool looking for it.

This one is ruled by the son. The father has another spot on the other side of Lloret... Same excellent quality though!

Food was 5 out of 5! Service was perfect, especially the kind waiter with the beard and the styled hair! He was so thankful that me and my friend took our plates and glasses to the counter so that he didnt have to take it from our table by himself, he couldn’t believe that we did that.
