Great food, wonderful views, but the service was unacceptably slow. We waited 50 minutes between the first and the second plate. At the end of the lunch, they told us that they had had a technical problem with their IT system. They apologized for it, which was good, but a full explanation from the beginning would have been greatly appreciated and much better instead of just letting us sited without knowing what was going on and when we were going to get served. We had very high expectations for a restaurant at 70 € per person (at least) and left without taking dessert (we didn't want to wait even more than we already did), deceived...

We unfortunately had a less than enjoyable experience here. Service was horrendous with little attention from any of the wait staff. Ordered drinks immediately after sitting down and did not receive them until we were half way done with our entrees. We mentioned the long wait to our server and a manager who never actually addressed the issue and after another 20 minutes the drinks came after waiting a total of 40 minutes.

We were staying at the hotel, so it was an easy meal but we certainly wish we had went elsewhere.

Visited in mid-June, hence busy but manageable. Fabulous setting and great service. Customers were classy and properly dressed since it is a high-end restaurant. Menu is specialized in fresh fish and seafood. I had the chargrilled fish (very good), the shrimp (good), tomato salad (too cold and lacked flavour, unripe tomatoes) and the burrata salad (excellent). Great wines.
