Panoramica Playa Restaurante desde 1960 — Restaurant in Llucmajor

For context, I am half Mallorquin and have lived in Mallorca as well as many other countries so what is important, I have been to both extremely "local" restaurants and high-end.

This is by far the worst restaurant I have been to not only in Mallorca but globally. All comes to do with the service from all staff who were present. I don't want to spend a long-time detailing every moment of this horrdendous visit. Extremely slow, rude and a total lack of pride in exchange for immaturity.

It took over 15 minutes for a waiter to even come to the table and given a menu.After a friendly comment regarding this, we were essentially told that they didn't want to serve us food. It was a normal dinner time and we had just been given menus and asked what we wanted to order, so this was taken personally by the staff instead of reflecting and apologising. After that, it was purposeful delays of coming back, to bringing the bill, to bringing the card machine. They should be ashamed of themselves as I love Mallorca and have been to almost every place but feel sorry for those who may be visiting for the first time and end up here and leave with that impression.

I encourage anyone who is looking for a sea view bar or restaurant to go elsewhere, particularly when there are so many beautiful places that would make anyone proud to have...

Partamos por decir que es un lugar alejado del centro de Palma, con espectaculares vistas y muy tranquilo. En coche se tardan unos 25 minutos, desde el centro de Palma. En autobús 1 1/2 horas. Pude ver que la parada del bus N° 23 está a pocos metros de la entrada del restaurante. Según los horarios, el bus sale desde Eusebio Estada 1, cada 2 horas. Estuvimos en este lugar el día 05/05/19, con un grupo de personas del trabajo; éramos 20. Comimos en la terraza y estuvimos muy cómodos porque es amplia; creo que fácilmente cabrían ahí unas 70/80 personas sentadas. El dia era agradable, pero el techo de la terraza no es movible, por lo que no sé aprovecha el sol, muy al contrario, el entorno se vuelve frío con las corrientes de viento provenientes del mar, lo que me hace recomendar llevar una chaqueta. En cuanto al menú, no es muy variado y la verdad es bastante común; paella, calamares, croquetas, mejillones, ensalada, etc.; nada especial. Lo mismo digo de los postres: puding, gató de almendras, tarta de queso... Nuestro grupo pidió paella, que tarda 40 minutos en ser preparada, lo que nos obligó a pedir algunos entrantes: croquetas, calamares, mejillones, pimientos fritos. Para que os hagáis una idea de cuánto os sale comer en este restaurante, os diré más o menos lo que pedimos y cuanto pagamos por cabeza, distribuyendo la cuenta entre todos. En conjunto se pidió: PARA BEBER= 35 cervezas, 4 tintos de verano, 2 aguas, 2 gintonic, 3 Baileys, 1 Martini cola, 2 copas de vino blanco y uno que otro café. ENTRANTES: calamares andaluces, pimientos fritos, croquetas y mejillones al vapor. PLATO DE FONDO: paella para 20. POSTRE: 17 Gató de almendras con helado, 2 puding de pera y 1 tarta de arándanos. Al dividir la cuenta, nos salió a 29€ por cabeza. PUNTOS NEGATIVOS: El servicio era algo caótico y nunca tenían claro qué habíamos pedido. Llegaban con las copas y siempre faltaba alguna, etc. No había tarta o puding para todos; sólo gató. Uno de los servicios higiénicos de las mujeres estaba sin agua, por lo que se iba acumulando todo en la taza del water; porque por mucho que te aguantes, es imposible conseguirlo durante tantas horas. Al momento de pedir la cuenta, tardaron casi 20 minutos en traernosla, así es que si estáis con el tiempo justo, pedirla junto con el postre. Cuando comenzó a llegar gente al restaurante, el servicio se hizo más y más lento, así es que hay que ir con acopio de paciencia. PUNTOS POSITIVOS: Vistas inmejorables, tranquilidad, cero ruido de coches, comida preparada al momento, postres con buenas raciones y paella sabrosa. En general la atención fue buena, aunque hay una camarera que debería ser menos brusca, pero quiero pensar que tal vez tenía un mal día. Cero olores a comida. ¿QUÉ FALTÓ? Más pescados y productos del mar en la carta, considerando el entorno. ¿RECOMENDABLE? Si, si queréis una comida tranquila frente al mar y/o para grupos grandes. No, si buscáis comida diferente. We stoped in this restaurant because we were starving. The woman was really unfriendly and showed us that we aren’t welcome. So we decided to have two bottles of water to go but they laughed at us.

We understood every single word that she was saying about us to her coworkers. She was saying that we looked like kids who can’t effort food in a restaurant ... That’s why she afraid that we have planned to go to the beach after we consumed our water bottle, but that wasn’t our plan.

Anyway we left very quickly because we felt unwelcome in this place. I hope the woman wo treated us will see this post and don’t do that again to other customers.

As I saw it’s not a place where a lot of people go so maybe it would help when you appreciate the people who wants...
