Sa Foganya — Restaurant in Llucmajor

The atmosphere, the service, their manners and lack of English is appalling. I asked for table for two and the waitress replied "eee?". Then she behaved as if she was disappointed we're British not German. Horrible manners shocking service. We would definitely leave before we even sat down but my child was very hungry so I didn't want waste any more time looking for another place. The food is OK but very long waiting time. I don't recommend this place if you're only English-speaking...

A fast food diner on the corner with nice burgers for those cheap prices. What lowers the score is that it took ages to even get to ask for the check and when they finally gave us the bill they totally forgot about us and the waiter stood by the door for a smoke right infront of the bar and then went on to the other costumers. After waiting 10 minutes (after receiving the bill) i just went to the bar and said can we pay and leave! But the food itself was good...

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este restaurante fue muy negativa. Pedí croquetas de pollo, pero sabían intensamente a pescado o calamar, señal clara de que habían sido fritas en aceite reutilizado para mariscos. Esto no solo es un descuido grave en cocina, sino también un riesgo para personas con alergias.

Más allá de eso, lo más grave fue el trato del gerente. Al salir, pedí hablar con él para explicar que una camarera nos atendió de forma muy brusca (aunque luego se disculpó, y lo valoro). Sin embargo, el gerente me acusó de xenófobo simplemente por haber mencionado en una reseña previa que la camarera parecía argentina, algo que señalé únicamente para identificarla y no como crítica. Me gritó en público, se puso agresivo y no mostró ninguna voluntad de escuchar.

Solicité la hoja de reclamaciones, pero no estaba en formato oficial (faltaban las copias de colores exigidas por ley), así que decidí no llenarla para no escalar el conflicto.

Resumen de la experiencia: • Croquetas de pollo con fuerte sabor a pescado (posible contaminación cruzada). • Camarera brusca, pero se disculpó. • Gerente hostil, me acusó injustamente de xenofobia. • Hoja de reclamación mal gestionada, la cual finalno oficial.
