I visited Armonía Beach Club and while the place itself is beautiful, the experience was very disappointing. Service is extremely slow and customer care is poor. The woman who seems to be the manager (tall, slim, with straight black hair) was especially unfriendly and even rude. She barely made herself understandable and gave me unpleasant looks, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Even when I mentioned that I was feeling dizzy under the sun, she insisted on seating us there and only moved the umbrella reluctantly, as if she was doing us a favor.
What makes it worse is that this was already my second chance with this place. The first time, we had a waitress who ignored us to the point that we had to ask for the table three times, and her colleague had to do everything for her. She pretended to tidy up the chairs but left them in poor condition, so her colleague had to go back and fix it.It almost seemed like she was more focused on giving an image of working (even if poorly) rather than actually attending to the customers. We even had to wave several times to get her attention because she didn’t even make eye contact with the table.
A place like this should prioritize comfort, efficiency, and a welcoming attitude, but that has clearly not been the case in either visit.
I would not recommend it if you are looking for a pleasant environment and professional service, despite the...
Read moreDisappointing. It looked so good on the website and the perfect place to take visiting family members, but we were ignored when we arrived. We waited to be given a table and after 19 minutes we approached the bar area as no one spoke to us. We were told to wait at the reception area and someone would attend us. Another 5 minutes and we were shown to our seats. ‘Given menus. 15 minutes later we gave our order. No smiles or apologies for the delay. Drinks came but they were finished way before food arrived. One of the four dishes arrived. The other three followed a short time afterwards but they were the wrong order. They took them away. No smiles or apologies. 20 minutes later, dishes arrived but missing the added granola bowl. Waited for that. Food was warm to cold. Such a disappointment. One of our table had finished some time ago. No drinks to accompany the food as we had finished them a while ago. Decor is lovely and the vista is great. There’s a nice breeze but parking was an issue. We left it a bit late - our fault. We won’t...
Read moreWe booked this place for dinner after seeing what a lovely location it was - over the sea on a pier. Unfortunately the location was the only good thing about it. We waiting almost five minutes to be greeted and shown to our table despite several staff walking past us. We were only given on menu to share between us - with the promise they would bring us one each - they didn’t. Starters of prawn croquettes and patatas bravas were ok. The main courses were awful- overcooked salmon and blue fin tuna - the lamb should was cooked ok but the potatoes with it were overcooked too - and charred in some cases. Everything as under seasoned and yet no seasoning on the table. It took three orders to finally get a glass of wine to go with the lamb - which is appalling. The table next to us were smoking cigars and cigarettes while we were eating which was really unpleasant. It was the most unpleasant expensive meal we have had in Los Alcazares and easily the worst food and service. I’d highly recommend avoiding this establishment...
