So it’s only been open a few months, so it was worth a try. Service, very hit and miss, even though it was quiet. Pizza however, great. Nice flavour of the dough, proper mozzarella and flavoursome (unlike Rucola, a 6 min walk West away). Chef was great, and looked like he knew what he was doing. We went to Rose Pizza whilst on holiday last week we had a lovely time the food was excellent and very fresh. My children both had pasta myself my wife & mother all had pizza. The owners were so kind and friendly and could not do enough for us even asking my children if they wanted fresh tomatoes added to there sauce!!. Es ist schon nicht alltäglich, wenn ein Deutscher mit seiner brasilianischen Frau in Spanien ein italienisches Restaurant eröffnet. Eddi hat genau das vor einigen Wochen gewagt - und das Resultat ist aller Ehren wert!! Dank Eigeninitiative und einem gehörigen Schuss Kreativität ist aus dem früheren Fitnessstudio ein sehr ansprechendes Lokal geworden. Die Karte beinhaltet typische italienische Gerichte, man vermisst nichts. Die Zutaten sind täglich frisch, da gibt`s keine Kompromisse, und das schmeckt man sehr deutlich. Hier werden keine Convenience-Produkte kombiniert, sondern vom Pizzateig über die neapolitanische Tomatensoße bis zum Sugo Bolognese wird alles vor Ort nach hauseigenen Rezepten selbst zubereitet. Der Service ist unaufdringlich, aber stets aufmerksam, super freundlich und äußerst kompetent - wenn man alles selbst macht, weiß man natürlich auch, was es gibt und was drin steckt.
