We are tourists in a touristic area. We do understand a bit spanish but the waitress still speak so quick spanish like we would be spanish. We ordered a fishplate (says for 2 in the menu) bur later she also comes in with a big plate of lobster that we did not order neither confirmed we would like to have. I have big respect for the proud spanish people but why do they not understand we are just tourists and do not speak much spanish. The problem is in a touristic area they must understand to speak slow spanish or in english and do not say we are in their country when the tourist nutrition is nbr 1 in Spain. I have always been thinking why there are so many "British restaurants" in Spain but now I understand why. The other thing is Sangria normally comes with fruits, in this you could feel the taste of Sprite or something similar...

En septiembre cierran muchos restaurantes y las 2 opciones que teníamos para comer estaban cerrados, preguntamos y nos recomendaron este restaurante como un sitio de comida buenísima , lo buscamos en Google y cogimos el coche a los Alcázares y mereció la pena. Previamente reservamos por teléfono aunque creo que no hace falta porque nadie nos preguntó datos, ni al llamar ni al llegar, debe ser porque siempre hay sitio porque el restaurante es inmenso y además tiene terraza fuera. Nos sorprendió que tuviera un menú muy barato, 13 euros para un sitio de playa, a elegir entre 4 primeros, 4 segundos, una ensalada de entrante , pan, postre y bebidas. Las posibilidades eran muchas y muy buenas, elegimos el consomé con pelotas murcianas, riquísimo, y de segundo pescado que ese día era lubina a la plancha , estaba espectacular, recién hecha y tostadita, con verdura de acompañamiento, este mismo plato en la carta cuesta 14 €. La atención fue rapidísima. Enseguida nos dieron una mesa, a nosotros nos atendió Marcela, muy eficiente, rápida y amable , pero cuando faltaba algo estaba por allí el encargado controlando y todo fue rapidísimo. Es curioso que la carta la ponen en dos televisores grandes que hay en el salón y así no hay que preguntar. Los postres riquísimos, pedimos tarta de la abuela muy rica aunque el trozo nos supo a poco y tarta ellos la llaman comtesa, aunque es mucho mejor, un trozo enorme de helado a capas de nata y chocolate que está riquísima. El menú trae una ensalada muy completa a compartir y la bebida muy fresca , hasta el pan está buenísimo. Me encantó ademas de sus precios, la atención y el servicio esmerado, el detalle del uso de manteles de tela impolutos, un placer para mí porque estoy harta de manteles de papel y servilletas que se te pegan a los dedos. Sólo fue un poco molesto el ruido de la gente hablando, que había en el interior, pero no se puede mejorar porque el restaurante es enorme y está lleno hasta arriba, lo que indica la buena comida, la buena atención y el buen precio Todo genial y repetiremos cuando volvamos el...

We were recommended this restaurant and had a mixed experience. Service was great, very diligent and welcoming. Some of the food was amazing, the best steak! Some was okay - nice salmon, but served with chips (menu doesn't show what it's served with, so gave it a punt). Some wasn't great - a dish that was strips of steak with cheese and ham which was overly deep fried (cachopo) - recommended by the waiter but really heavy. Overall, a good place...
