Cafetería Millenium — Restaurant in Los Realejos

We loved this local cafeteria which was open after 4pm (when most have their siesta). The sirloin steak was to die for— the meat was just soooo nice and juicy & perfect; the papas locas was ham & cheese on a bed of potatoes; the honeyed ketchup was a nice touch to fries and the salchichas (sausages) were feally tasty. As you can clearly see from the empty plates - we cleaned it all up. You’ll need to use the translator app for the menu and at least one person does speak English, but it’s a local bar — and the prices are also local — our total for 3 meals, drinks and dulces came to 35.50€. 😉 Try the Barraquito coffee, it’s amazing! Americano was a decent size & excellent bean coffee. Slight step from the street upon entrance, but otherwise accessible with wheelchair. Very decent wc. Parking might be a problem in a small town. Came here with a group of friends who eat here quite regularly. They highly recommended the conejo con papas arrugadas which arrived in terracotta pots and the food was plentiful and delicious. Pedí dos bocadillos de tortilla para llevar con todo y la camarera después de repetirle varias veces que era con todo, le dijo al chico que los hace, que eran 2 bocadillos de tortilla, pensé que tal vez ya los hacen bien completos y para mí sorpresa cuando llego a casa, no tienen nada de nada, la tortilla y listo, sin alioli ni queso que es lo básico, además le pedí un jugo para beber mientras esperaba y no me lo puso, tampoco me ofreció nada.
