Very bad experience for me. The man is genuinely good person kind and works very hard but the woman actually had very bad habits and dont respect the time that you been waiting on the line if she sees someone she knows or something though you are more time than them waiting she asks them before and thats totally disrespectful because she does this to the kids on the school giving preferences but when an adult came like me she maintains her bad habits and did this to me and the best way to give her what she deserves is making the fair comment here because for some people like for me really doesnt work like this and if you ask her for any explanation she lies in your face and gave a false reason... One time I found hair in my food too and I thought that was just that day I forgave them but I went more times and I Discovered for sure that the food is too expensive and bad quality and if you add the attitude I received then truly you have the whole wrong package and thats why Im posting. I would never come back and I dont recommend you because Im not satisfied with food quality, hair in my food and the poor attention, the price, everything is wrong for me at this point. If you are going to give us that prices you have to take care of what you bring to the customers and look for the BEST attention, you cant treat me as a foolie kid or nobody-me when Im paying you that crazy price. Its not cheap, its not well done and the attention is poor, now you have the truth you deserved and Im sorry but you were not when you disrespected me.

Yo y mi familia somos clientes de hace años y el servicio siempre ha sido bueno y amable. Quien más nos atiende es Richard, es muy amable.

En cuanto a los bocadillos, yo creo que están bien en calidad/precio. Por 5€ puedes comerte un bocadillo y una lata, lo cual veo bien puesto que son barras (son panes más finos y largos, eso explicaría el precio barato. No os preocupéis por si veis precio demasiado baratos y pensáis que es de mala calidad. Están muy ricos). Hay para múltiples gustos. Hay más grandes y más pequeños al igual que más baratos y más caros.

No es comida instantánea como otros restaurantes (McDonald, BurgerKing...) Y tarda más en prepararse. Al ser elaboración propia hay veces que faltan ingredientes, lo cual es una lastima. Pero para eso lo mejor es encargarlo.
