Very low key and a bit hidden (behind the Melia Hotel in Barajas) but this is a gem! We started with a couple of empanadas which were freshly made and delicious. Ordered a pitcher of sangria which was very refreshing. For the main course, we tried the mixed parrilla for 2 which came with a sample of all the meats in the house: absolutely grilled to perfection! The service was great, prices are very reasonable and the owners are authentic Argentinians....

Chacabuco 9-30 es un diamante escondido en Barajas, uno de esos sitios de los cuales te enorgulleces conocer ante tus amigos, ignorantes hasta que les llevas y se les hace la luz. Mínimo en espacio pero gigante en servicio y gastronomía, iguala e incluso supera a esos argentinos situados en zonas premium de Madrid, donde el 70% del precio disparatado se dedica al alquiler del local.
