We used to be very regular customers at this place. 2/3 times a week. But one day we had enough. The owners wife is there sitting without doing anything every day with her baby and more people making noise, and using the place as a playground for the baby. She distracts employers, we ordered starters and main dish. They forgot about the starters which we ordered 3!! Then we had our meal served, requested for spicy and more drinks which never came ... I made a reservation that day to have 6 pastel de chucho, when I sat down the said they can only make 3 because they dont have anymore and they can replace it with chicken, besides it was imposible to have a conversation because this woman was yelling to the baby and having loud talks with her family and friends all afternoon, they always sit on the same table. After we ate we wanted to use the bathroom, again no chance because she thinks that her house. I used to just enjoy the food and leave , but its pricy and you cant talk, cant use the toilet when you want, they miss food, and even making reservation you cant eat what you want. La experiencia en este bar venezolano (ambientado con un estilo combinado de urban/modern) ha sido excelente 🥇, tanto a nivel de comodidad, como de servicio, calidad y limpieza.

La carta es digital (QR). Éramos 2 personas para comer y el personal nos atendió perfectamente, siendo auténticos profesionales, fijándose en cada detalle y preguntándonos de vez en cuando si había algún problema y si todo estaba bueno.

A la hora del servicio:

🍙Nos sirvieron primeramente los "Nachacones" para que fuéramos picando mientras preparaban el resto del pedido. Estaban en su punto de sal con un toque de salsa que los hizo muy sabrosos, buena cantidad y sabor.

🥟Cachapa deliciosa, con una cama de guiso de carne. Jugosa, sabrosa, buena cantidad y saciante. Nada de sobrante, no le podemos poner ninguna pega.

🍤 Los Tequeños estaban muy sabrosos sin exceso de relleno, alargados pero completos con su correspondiente salsa de acompañamiento quedaron excelentes en el paladar.

🥙Es el turno de la "Ensalada de la casa", servida en un plato fresco y apetitoso. Los ingredientes se combinaban perfectamente y realzaban la textura y sabor de los ingredientes frescos.

🍣A continuación nos sirvieron la "Cachapa pabellón", con una cama de guiso de carne. Jugosa, sabrosa, buena cantidad y saciante. Nada de sobrante, no le podemos poner ninguna pega.

💸 El precio fue de 20€/persona aproximadamente (incluyendo la bebida que fueron 2 aguas de 0.5L cada una y 2 bebidas de guanábana y usando el descuento del 50% del tenedor).

⌛ La eficiencia del servicio inmejorable, respetando todos los tiempos y sin producir agobio en la clientela.

🍣 La calidad de la comida más que excelente. Mucho sabor, muy buena presentación y en cantidad. Los nachacones y los tequeños tenían el tamaño ideal y los sabores de la cachapa y la ensalada de la casa eran deliciosos.

👥 El servicio fue excelente y explicado en detalle con anterioridad, muy buenas camareras y cocineros.

I really wish I could give a better rating g to this restaurant for personal reasons, but I just can’t do it. The day I went, unfortunately for them, their oven was out of service and it appears the impact that had on the menu choices was enormous. Additionally, there were only two servers for the entire restaurant, inside and outside, so they were overwhelmed. We had a mixture of both servers coming and going to our table and the male server surely could use some help in the service department.
