Their “manolitos” aka mini buttery croissants drizzled in various chocolates are my weakness! Once you have one, you’ll lose all self control and end up eating 8 of them in a row and going back every other day to buy boxes of them to not share with anyone but yourself. True life. I swear they are made of crack or something. They make trays and trays of them fresh twice a day every day to try and keep up with demand and still manage to sell out. They sell other pastries and things at this café but obviously the manolitos are the stars of the show and make this bakery so famous. There are various types of manolitos to choose from but the best are probably the triple chocolate ones; dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and condensed milk. There are different combinations of these 3 things for the manolitos and you can also have them plain without any chocolate which are also excellent. Don’t come here if you want to stay skinny. This is the original location but they just opened a second location in Alonso Martínez next to where I work. Oy vey I’m gonna turn into Violet Beauregarde from Charlie and the...

This is the second time we go there. If you have time than it can be nice but service is extremely slow. On both occasions we had to ask the waiter to come over after 15 minutes being there. Than once we ordered it took 21 minutes for the order to arrive. The staff is nice but not qualified not have they been properly trained. Also it is very popular place with many guests, not sure why??? The coffee is nothing special nor is the bakery. Just seems they have a good name. One product they talk about is the best is the Monolitos , not something special...

We ordered through Glovo from Manolo Bakes at C. del Conde de Peñalver, 68, Salamanca, 28006 a croissant box and 2 iced moca. They came with a spilled moca all over the bag, and the croissant box was destroyed. The mistake was from Manolo Bakes since the iced moca was not closed and the top was not firmed. It is a shame since the quality was always good but with this service they managed to give a bad name to...
