Incredible place, amazing food and WONDERFUL service! I went in, still exhausted, straight out of the hotel late in the morning after a huge arena concert carrying my guitar, and I felt perfectly safe in a peaceful corner for all my stuff while I wrote and waited for a lovely burger that they sweetly made as an early lunch for me. Atmosphere was great, the music playing on the speakers was brilliant (lots of Queen, KISS) I had the best coffee AND the best beer that I've had in a very long time here (chosen by the staff as I didn't know what to pick; no idea which beer it was but it was crisp and lovely and I'm not normally a big fan of beer). I will absolutely come back here the next time I'm in Madrid! I think maybe there was an upstairs area, but I didn't get around to exploring so I'm not sure what's up there. 10/10 for sure,...

No tengo nada complicado que comentar... Pero doy 5 estrellas porque lo poco que hice fue bien: café italiano (corto, intenso, no el mejor, pero bien, rápido y sin cara de dudas), terraza cuidada al lado del parque precioso, precio normal (1'5€ por café), cobró con tarjeta sin malas caras aún por poco precio... En fin, correcto y no esperaba más! No había, o me adelanté, al servicio de terraza, pues pedí en barra y me lo llevé a una mesa. Pero por las horas, sobre las 9am, lo raro es ya tener puesta la terraza. Por las veces que paseo por la zona y veo más bares y terrazas, y aún siendo la primera vez que he parado allí, podría aventurarme que es de las...

Las normas del bar son de no ofrecer botellines en la terraza, pero dentro si.

Una norma absurda que el dueño del bar debería mirar por dar calidad en el servicio a su cliente.

Por consiguiente, en vez de estar unas horas de cerveza,mi pareja servicio tomó la doble en terraza y nos fuimos. A mí me ofrecían una caña,doble o tercio. Pero justo botellín en terraza no.

El personal me atendió muy bien y me expuso sus argumentos que son normas del jefe. Son muy amables. Ningún reproche hacia su atención y profesionalidad.
