Hostel RIO — Hotel in Madrid

Really bad experience. I felt insecure all the way through my stay, there is no safe way to store your bags, the hotel is filled with crazy people who stare at you for minutes non stop, the 25 beds room is so smelly, noisy, unbreathable at night, we couldn't sleep even for a minute. The hotel promised à 6 people bedroom, we found ourselves in a 25+ people bedroom, stinky and noisy. The matresses are inflatable and uncomfortable. It gets so cold by night you gotta sleep with clothes on. The people working there do not even know a single word of english. The people sleeping there are mad people who won't stop staring for some reason. The shared WC doesn't close, there is no place to safely store your bags, i managed to steal a friend's computer just to see how bad their security was. Hostel with air mattress, uncomfortable and makes a LOT of noise when moving, which makes it much worse in the room that must have about 20 beds. It has 2 bathrooms for about 20 people, the shared refrigerator is full of things, impossible to use, the internet is horrible, the locker is a room that is locked and you always have to ask someone to open it and the staff doesn't speak English. Yo lo use para una noche y sinceramente, gracias a Dios que no puse cuidado de las valoraciones. Para empezar llegue 2 horas antes del check in y me dejaron utilizar las instalaciones para tomar ducha y 1 hora antes me instalaron en mi habitación. Me ofrecieron una habitación de solo mujeres (como de 10-14 camas), en las que había 2 hombres y menores, pero iban en familia, sin ningún problema. Si no leo las reseñas ni me entero de un inicio que los colchones son infalibles, no son incómodos para nada (claro, para 3-4 días máximo) obviamente si harán ruido, pero tampoco es como que me este moviendo como lombriz toda la noche. Los chicos del día son muy amables, es verdad que no hay lockers personales, pero tienen un cuarto CON LLAVE al que puedes acceder las veces que lo necesites, en todo momento lo mantuvieron con llave y esperaban para que tomaras tus cosas, no sentí inseguridad en ningún momento con mis pertenencias y no tuve ninguna perdida tampoco. El acceso al hostal era mediante contraseña (que jamás me la proporcionaron) pero tocabas el timbre y de inmediato te abrían, sentí control al accesar al lugar, no como decían en los comentarios que entraba y salía gente todo el tiempo. No hubo ruido durante la noche, todo estuvo en paz. Los baños estuvieron limpios todo el tiempo, que sí, son pocos para tanta gente, pero nunca me toco esperar para utilizarlos. Mi cama se entrego limpia, con sabana, colcha y toalla en ella. Se tiene un centro comercial justo al lado (20 metros) para hacer las comidas o el super si tu presupuesto es más ajustado. El metro está a una 3 cuadras caminando por una zona segura A MEJORAR: El tema del aire acondicionado, las áreas comunes o no tenían o no se encendía durante el día y eso para mi es bastante molesto, ya que llegas de la calle y lo que quieres es refrescarte. Al igual, la habitación solo se encendía en la noche, considero que debe estar encendido todo el tiempo debido a la cantidad de personas ahí dentro. Y conectores cerca del espejo de la habitación, me quería alaciar el cabello, para no ocupar los baños y jamás encontré donde conectarme cerca El número de baños podría ser algo a mejorar, aunque en lo personal jamás me toco esperar para utilizarlos....
