This Spanish restaurant offers a unique fusion of Galician and South/Central American cuisines, set in a casual yet thoughtfully designed interior. The staff is exceptionally friendly and provides excellent recommendations on the menu.

We sampled two Mini Croissant de Atún Balfegó, a Brioche de Cocido Gallego y Queso San Simón, Rape Negro Salvaje a la Brasa, and Lomo Bajo de Vaca Madurado con Hueso. Every dish was flavorful and distinct, yet pleasantly light, allowing the ingredients’ natural tastes to shine through. Thanks to a discount from the Fork, the total bill, including drinks and coffee, came to about 90 EUR.

Nestled in a charming alleyway in the heart of Madrid, this spot is perfect for those looking to experience innovative Spanish fusion cuisine. Reservations are recommended. One minor inconvenience is that water is only available in 330ml bottles, which might not be the...

My wife and I wanted to try a Galician place and this had some good reviews. Who knew it would be some of the best food we have ever had and one of our top meals in Madrid during our two week stay (hard to really say which of a few meals is number one - there is so much good food here).

The waiter explained that they did some traditional dishes and also did some fusion with asian flavors and some others - we told him we were interested in trying Galician food and wine. He recommended a few things that knocked our socks off. Second best steak I have ever eaten (my wife says it is the best) and the cheesecake I will dream about forever and try to replicate at home. Mine has a layer of tartness on top, but theirs was served with a tart jam instead, which was brilliant. I cannot...

Perfecto. One of the best Spanish restaurants I’ve ever been to.

The main courses are outstanding. The grilled octopus is perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. Not too salty and surprisingly not fishy at all.

The oxtails with green curry surprised me with the combination of basil and mint, which balances out the greasiness perfectly.

Cheesecake is creamy and flavorful without being too rich or heavy.

Scallops are large and tender, pairing well with the sour cream. However, the caviar felt unnecessary and just drove the price up a bit. The steak tartare was just okay and did the bare minimum.

At last, the staff are friendly and the interior is relaxing and cozy.

Overall, a great restaurant and definitely...
