DO NOT STAY HERE. My husband, myself and my 10 month old stayed here for one night (March 30, 2025). My husband and I were both eaten up by BED BUGS. I unfortunately wasn’t wearing many clothes to sleep because it was so hot in the room, so I was bitten a total of 26 times on my arms, fingers, shoulders and torso. Why was I so hot? Because they don’t have AC that works for certain times of the year. Thankfully my son was not bitten because he slept in a crib that was not touching the bed. The bites started developing less than 24 hours from when we stayed at the hotel and as soon as I saw them on my body I knew exactly what they were. I’ve unfortunately had experience many years ago with a hotel in Washington DC that had bed bugs so I am very familiar with what the bites are like. I’d never wish bed bug bites on anyone. They are insanely itchy and painful and they take days to disappear. We contacted the hotel once through our travel agent and twice on our own to let them know they have a problem in room 201. Their response to the travel agency was “we have never received that complaint before.” That’s it. Nothing about looking into the reported issue, nothing about solving the problem, nothing but denial and deflection. So we contacted them again via email to report the issue and ask what they were doing to correct the bed bugs problem. We weren’t looking for reimbursement or anything of that nature. We just wanted to make sure that other guests didn’t have to deal with this problem because let me tell you, bed bugs really are the devil. Do you think we heard anything back? NOPE. We tried one more time and no response which is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and frankly shows how little you care about your guests. It’s shameful that you’d rather let your guests be eaten alive in their sleep than do the right thing and look into the issue. I won’t even go into the fact that there is absolutely no way on gods green earth that this is a 4 star hotel. Travelers, you’ve been warned. Do not stay here.

Basic hotel, not the 4 star standard, but the both of receptionists help us to book taxi twice, Ams Neulia keep trying to book a taxi while raining outside and we are running short of time. The life is very old, breakfast is set menu but they serve fast. Quality also good. Very close to grand vie and the park retilo. Near by many restaurants available like Mac Donald’s is is 900m far from the hotel. Ala carte menu is available for dinner. For short stay I recommended, online booking cost me around 190 euro for a night

We came for a marathon and stayed for two nights. On Sunday morning, we briefly mentioned the race during breakfast. Just before we left the reception, they surprised us with snacks that we could enjoy after the race. That's the nicest gesture I've ever experienced from a hotel! Thank you once again, and we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel every time we visit Madrid.

The hotel is in the center and in a great neighborhood, with many places to hang out and chill. It goes without saying that the food from around the world in Madrid is the best!

The staff is amazing, Paula at the desk goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need, when I called before the reservation she explained to me everything about the rooms and having my pet dog with me during my stay, and her kindness made me reserve there. Also, the rest of the staff makes you feel like home, if you need help or need a cup of ice, they will happily help you out. I always felt their friendliness, this isn't just a job for them which is good.

The rooms are extremely clean, the bathroom also have a bidet (the one we stayed in), and the beds are comfortable to let you sleep a good nap after a good meal. The rooms are so cozy that they feel like you are in an classic Spanish villa, and if you get one with windows to the street you're actually on a little balcony which is lovely.

With the health restrictions of 2021, the breakfast is served to you in the little restaurant they have; Mrs. Olga or Mr. Nour al-Din gives you the buffet menu and you can order what you'd like to eat, they're very nice and can speak with you in Spanish, French or English.

I can't wait to go back to Chueca and stay there again, every minute in the...

Dodgy way to secure a reservation, asked to provide details of credit card (including security code) in a non secure email.|Check in done by an employee with a very unfriendly attitude. |Room big enough but furniture is very tired. Big bathroom but nothing to put toiletries near the mirror or anywhere. |Towels were unpleasantly frayed, very tired.|Bed terrible, cheap mattress with no support whatsoever (I had back ache for day after my stay).|Room wasn’t cleaned properly, very dusty, the bed side tables were covered in dust. |Wifi did not work for nearly two days, had to pay extra costs in roaming services in order to do some work. Reception was informed but nothing was done, no sorry, no smile, no gesture towards a guest who incurred in extra costs (while they highlight in their website, free wifi as first guaranteed service) . The attitude was unprofessional and careless from the beginning to the end, it was pretty much like “aguantate”…|Not sure why this hotel changed ownership so frequently in the last few years, but there’s definitely something not right.. this is far from a 4 star hotel, it’s more like a 2 star “hostal” pretending to be something that it isn’t. The only 4 star thing is the price. ||It was one of the most disappointing hotel stays of the...
