I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Persian restaurant. Upon arrival, we were approached by a server named Samira, who greeted us in Persian. When we explained that we did not speak Persian or Spanish, she left us with only drinks and never returned to take our food order. Despite multiple attempts to get her attention over the next 30 minutes, she completely ignored us.
The treatment we received felt discriminatory and unwelcoming simply because we are Arabs. This behavior is unacceptable in any setting, especially in hospitality. We left feeling disrespected and will certainly not return. I hope the management addresses such unprofessional and exclusionary conduct to ensure no other customer has to endure a...

Read moreMy mom and I are visiting Madrid for a few days and we're Persian and have good restaurants in the northeast US. We came for lunch and were met by Reza, the restaurant owner, who was as kind, genuine, and thoughtful as any business owner I have met. He asked about our trip experience so far, gave us tips for Madrid, and even gave us a complimentary tea at the end. He made our experience so pleasant.
As for the food, it was top notch - and that's coming from a Persian who has high standards having tried LA, NYC, Boston, and DC Iranian restaurants. We had the sultani kebab (ground beef and chicken cubes) with the kashk-e-bademjoom. The olives they gave the table were amazing. I can't recommend this place more, and thanks Reza for your warm...
