It really seems like they are trying to correct their mistakes and do better. The staff were really friendly, Service was very fast. Food came out and was average. I had the smash burger. A couple tips if you’re reading this, add salt and pepper to the meat patties as you are cooking them, both sides. Cook the bacon till it’s crunchy. The pre cooked out of the package bacon is not how things are done in America, so cook the bacon a little more! The onion rings were soggy by the time i got a look at them, so add the onion rings last and don’t smash them down, gently place the top bun on. That should really increase the flavor and desirability to the burger. Another plus would be giving more ketchup or handing out the bottles, American restaurants give out tons of free ketchup. This could be a really great place with a little more touch up to the food. Service was great, food came out fast. Seems to be turning around. Reviews were 1.3 star at the time of writing this, so hopefully they have gotten even...

Just had breakfast here and here’s my honest thoughts. Ambiance is quite like an American diner, njce chairs and decos promoting their food. They even have a cafe beside the dine-in resto. Ordered the waffle and the pancake breakfast, and on the photo of the food beside the description (in Spanish), it was seemingly a full, complete breakfast with eggs, coffee and orange juice. AFTER MORE THAN 30 mins, food came and we only had 3 thin pancakes with a mini scoop of ice cream and 1 pc of waffle with lots of syrup. I asked if it’s our order because we said pancake and waffle full breakfast, not just the dessert (they have the ala carte section) and the waitress said it was. The pancake was really cold already, adding the ice cream on it. No butter. And staff, I know how busy they are, but they are not welcoming or inviting. But, the people next to us are enjoying the ribs. So maybe just the one that we had? False ads are not helpful especially if staff won’t be kind to translate the menu...

Not sure if this is a new restaurant at the airport, but the staff was totally lost, unprepared and unprofessional. They ignore the people on the line trying to have a seat to eat. Our burgers were not correct - my husbands’ was missing an ingredient and mine had one extra ingredient (which I would not have requested, btw). My husband asked the waiter why there was no cheddar on the sandwich, to which he replied (rushing through tables in a place that wasn’t even that busy): “it’s there” (of course it wasn’t). So my husband asked the manager, who said (verbatim, his words): “I have no idea.” - he took the sandwich back to the kitchen and they told him cheddar was over (!!).

The staff has conversations in a loud voice right beside you and do not avoid having also arguments in front of you. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Also they avoid looking at you when you have your hands up to ask for something.
