We had a wonderful dinner at Dolce Vita in S’Illot, Mallorca. The food was truly excellent – full of flavor and clearly made with care. The portions are on the smaller side, but given the quality of the ingredients and the preparation, they felt just right and absolutely worth it. What stood out to us was the attention to detail in every dish. The pasta and gnocchi are homemade, and you can really taste the difference. The Carbonara was a highlight – made the traditional way, without cream, just with egg, pecorino and guanciale – creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. It’s rare to find an authentic version like this, and we appreciated it a lot. The cocktails were also very good – tasty, refreshing, and the size was just right. All in all, Dolce Vita offers a very enjoyable dining experience with high-quality Italian food, made with passion. We’d definitely come back!

And the lovely waitress added a special touch with her warm and attentive service. It's a gem worthy of the short walk to get there. By far the best place we visited (twice) during our stay.

Das Vitello Tonnato als normale Portion, war für 2 Personen eigentlich noch zu viel- aber dafür gab es dann als Hauptspeise nur 6 Gnocci. Preis- Leistung ist ok. Speisen können auch mitgenommen werden!

We only discovered La Dolce Vita on our last night. The food and service we received were absolutely fantastic. An absolute Gem of a restaurant. The food was prepared and presented with such passion...we asked if they could make a slight twick to my partners ordered dish...they were happy to accommodate. The best red wine of our stay was drank on the night. Booked to stay nearby in April 2026...can't wait...
