I recently had the pleasure of dining at Plan B Tapas Grill Burgers and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. Right from the moment we stepped in, we were immersed in an ambience that was both warm and welcoming. The restaurant has a charmingly chic decor that effortlessly blends modern aesthetics with a hint of rustic charm, and the entire place exudes a vibrant yet cozy vibe.
Service at Plan B is impeccable. The staff were polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. They showed a genuine interest in ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Despite the restaurant being busy, they managed to strike the right balance between being attentive without being intrusive.
Now, let's talk about the food - an exquisite fusion of tapas, grill, and burgers. It's clear that the chefs at Plan B have mastered the art of blending different culinary traditions while maintaining the integrity of each. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented, bursting with bold, vibrant flavors, and cooked to absolute perfection. The menu offers a wide variety, so whether you're a lover of tapas, a fan of grilled delights, or a burger enthusiast, there's something for everyone.
What struck me most about Plan B was their commitment to quality. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite, a testament to their dedication to sourcing the best and preparing it with care.
Their beverage selection was equally impressive, offering a range of artisanal cocktails, craft beers, and a well-curated wine list. Whether you're looking for a perfect pairing for your meal, or just a relaxing drink to wind down your day, you're sure to find something to your liking.
Lastly, their dessert offerings provide a sweet end to an already delightful meal. Although I can't mention specifics, let's just say their dessert menu is a dream come true for anyone with a sweet tooth.
In conclusion, Plan B Tapas Grill Burgers offers a unique and memorable dining experience. It's a restaurant where every detail is thoughtfully curated, from the ambience to the service, and most importantly, the food. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, or simply enjoy a great meal in a fantastic setting.

Read moreMe and my better half had already eaten (therefore I can’t rate the food) but wanted to enjoy some drinks and try out a few of the local restaurants and bars on our first holiday to S’illott. When we decided on trying plan b, most of the out door seating had been closed off, understandably as a storm that never arrived was expected to hit the island, the rating of the review is based on the fact that when it came to a lady taking our order, as soon as I informed her we aren’t after food just drinks, she took the menus and walked off, at this point we were both stunned, as more time went by we became deflated and felt like some how done wrong by just wanting drinks as she genuinely never came back to our table, we placed the drinks menu down and had already decided on leaving just as a gentleman approached so we stayed and asked for what we wanted and even that felt off when I said hi and asked if he was ok (I always ask if people are ok, I thought it was a polite thing to do) but me and my partner both agreed it felt awkward and the completely unneeded tension was overwhelming evident…, in the end we ordered a cocktail each which to be fair were nice drinks and priced at the going rate, but we drank them as fast as we could and the second we were done my partner asked the waiter for the bill, to which he carried on walking and just said yep and continued going, (at this point we just wanted them to take the money so we could leave) now there may have been a language barrier, a misunderstanding in communication or just some level of entitled arrogance, who knows, the only thing we know is where to avoid and never recommend, I work in retail and do not believe in the mantra that “the customer is always right” but making a customer feel welcome to spend money in your restaurant should surely deserve a much better reception and attitude than the one we received. As a side note, I think we were at most taking the third table in the entire restaurant, so can’t even self justify buy thinking we were taking up a table that could have brought in more sales and therefore more tips…back to the hotel...
