The New Inn — Restaurant in Manacor

Me and my friends went here to say goodbye to this place where we wanted to have a happy goodbye, but instead of happy goodbye I got only confused and quite annoyed... As for the reason, there's many and not even google words limit could be enough to express them all. Firstly, ordering at the window is okey, but having a attitude towards customer even after the guy clearly rather be at home and with peace says "the prices differentiate from the menu" and we had to pay more than the menu stated. We had 3 ice cream cups. Kitkat, more like chocolate cup. Anything that was related to chocolate was basic chocolate cup. With kitkat u were supposed to get kitkat bars too...you got none, not even the ice cream was kitkat. As for the girl that was making us the cups, she gave me attitude after asking her what she mumbled under her nose. The only positive was the taste of the ice cream, but Anything else was to the point of no return... I definitely doesn't recommend even comming to this establishment. This bar has quite a few positive reviews, but in general this place is so out of date it's like being transported back to the 70s/80s. Total miss-match of furniture, none of the pool tables worked, prices were not low. Problem is the general area is bit of a dump and place is just a mess. Staff were not the freindliest at times which put me off. It also looks like 2 bars in one with the better end having entertainment. Food was decent, drinks were also decent. However if you are wanting to sit down and enjoy a meal we ordered two burgers and chips and they came in burger boxes not on plates, not sure whether this is due to the time we went to eat which was at around 13:00 but nevertheless the food was nice. The woman who was working there was also very friendly and was English so easy to understand. She was working on her own not sure wether this was because of the time we went but regardless we received our food and drinks quickly after ordering...
