US Open Cafe - Rafa Nadal Academy — Restaurant in Manacor

6th of February 2022 VAMOS Nadal... This is the worst experience in food and service so far. Extremely long waiting and staff ignoring and blaming me of ordering wrong. Got a new dish 15min later. Bagels rock hard and poached eggs like slime. For desert, the waiter told us it's too late and closed. But it took the kitchen 35min to deliver the first.

Honestly very sad to have to write this, but our experience today in the restaurant was very disappointing.

We appreciate that the restaurant is busy so we were happy to wait in line but the staff did not acknowledge us for over 20minutes! The staff member then approached us and walked away again without saying anything/informing us of the fact that one has to provide a name to reserve a table.

Comiendo en restaurante, y anonadada con el servicio!!! Los camareros criticando a los clientes y se les escucha, en teoría queríamos ir al Roland Garros, pero resulta que no se puede porque ahora es sólo de los hospedados en el hotel (podrían haber avisado en la reserva). Pedimos unas Aceitunas, y no se cuanto tiempo pasó!!! Le tuve que decir al camarero: qué tal está el olivo? Creciendo? Y me dice que es que lo tienen que llamar de cocina 🤱🏻🤱🏻🤱🏻. En dos minutos aparecieron las Aceitunas!!! La comida regular, puede ser cuestión de gustos, claro, pero en mi plato que debería haber piña y manzana brillaron por su ausencia. Momento postre, me pongo simpática y le digo al camarero, tengo un dilema entre el mousse de boniato con dátiles o el coulant de chocolate y me dice lo que yo pensaba, un coulant lo puedes comer siempre pero el mousse de boniato no; así que adelante con el mousse 😬😬 madre!!!! Eso era una pasta que le dab la vuelta a la cuchara y eso no caía, vamos que podía valer como cemento cola, ya no te digo el sabor . Menos mal que el camarero nos lo quitó de la cuenta e incluso me ofreció el coulant gratis. Dicho lo dicho. Ni lo recomiendo,...
