I recently had the pleasure of dining at Beity Marbella, and I must say, the food was truly exceptional. From the moment my taste buds experienced the first bite, I knew that this restaurant had something special to offer. However, my dining experience was marred by the unfortunate behavior of our waiter, Ryan.

Let me first start by raving about the food. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece, prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. The chef's creativity and culinary skills truly shone through in every bite. From the appetizers to the desserts, each dish left us wanting more.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the service we received from Ryan. He was not only rude but also disrespectful throughout the entire meal. His attitude towards us and other patrons was completely uncalled for. It was evident that his behavior was a stark contrast to the rest of the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making our dining experience memorable.

We were particularly surprised to learn that Ryan is the manager of the restaurant. It is disheartening to see someone in a leadership position exhibit such unprofessional behavior. His conduct not only tarnished our dining experience but also raised concerns about the overall management of the establishment. We believe that his attitude could potentially harm the reputation and success of the business.

I strongly urge the owner of the business to take immediate action regarding Ryan's behavior. Such conduct should not be tolerated, especially from someone in a managerial role. The restaurant's success is undoubtedly tied to the satisfaction of its customers, and it would be a shame for such amazing food to be overshadowed by poor customer service.

In conclusion, while the food at Beity Marbella is undeniably outstanding, the experience was dampened by the unacceptable behavior of our waiter, Ryan. It is my sincere hope that the management takes appropriate measures to rectify this issue and ensure that every guest receives the exceptional service they deserve.

I love travelling. When I stepped into Beity's restaurant, I was immediately taken on a journey to different countries, thanks to a decor that inspired me to escape. I was warmly welcomed by the host and chef Rayan. As a former travel, lifestyle and art columnist, I love discoveries and revealing them. The stories told by the owner, Keltoum, transported me back in time to Senegal and Lebanon. And then the dishes arrived and I rediscovered the authentic flavours of North Africa and the Middle East with the chicken pastilla, the 'Belhame' meat hummus and the famous tchaktchuka with the green touch of avocado and feta cheese. It was a feast for the eyes, the palate and the ears. Keltoum is a great humanist lady with a gift for giving and a sense of sharing. In Asia, she has built wells for villages in need. Beity Marbella is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and authentic Middle Eastern charm.

The food? Simply phenomenal. Every dish is crafted with care, full of rich, traditional flavors and top-quality ingredients. The hummus is silky smooth, the grilled meats are perfectly seasoned, and the ottoman is some of the best I’ve ever had — crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. You can truly taste the passion behind every plate.
