Rachel's Eco Love Los Monteros — Restaurant in Marbella

We have been several times to Rachels Eco Love El Rastro and loved it for the great food, atmosphere and kids friendliness with the big meadow spaces and water channel. Thus, we were looking forward a lot to get to know the Los Monteros location. Yet, we cannot recommend for families with little kids in the same way as for the El Rastro location to come here. While the food is good as always, there is not such a big outdoor meadow space. Further, one gets charged a ridiculous price of 4€ for a babyccino (which is literally a bit of heated milk). Dont get me wrong, the prices for adults are adequate given the nice concept and location, but applying overpricing for kids drinks?! Unnecessary… Lastly, the waitresses showed a lack of attention by partially not bringing us what we ordered. It‘s a pity, given these issues we won‘t come back to...

The menu boasts a wide variety of dishes and breakfast options, all fresh and delicious. My first visit was impeccable, but the next three were disappointing due to poor service. Waitstaff seem distracted, forget orders, and the kitchen is frustratingly slow. The staff often appear grumpy, which dampens the experience. A café with such potential and a prime location deserves better service. It’s a shame that poor service could undermine such a promising venture. Hopefully, management will address...
