Been here a few times and this time decided to come with my very well behaved dog. An older man, which has been rude every other time I’ve visited, was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Restaurant was nearly empty with two other tables sitting. Tied my dog to my chair sitting right next to me and the old waiter comes right on top of me telling me to move my dog-my dog was completely out of the way of any tables or footpath. I still tried to move my dog even though it was completely unnecessary. Grumpy man came past again and started saying ‘I’ve told you once, now I’m telling you twice’ in Spanish. I don’t go out to restaurants, to pay and be told-off… or to abuse my dog and keep tugging him because of frustrated old waiters who aren’t good with people. Extremely extremely rude and terrible service- I have never been made to feel this horrible in a restaurant and close to tears, losing all my appetite. Not people-friendly, not dog-friendly. Food is extremely average and the prices are too expensive for the location and the service. Also there was a dark curly hair in the food. Worst dining experience of my...
Read moreWould put a zero star review but the system won’t let me! The worst experience ever in my life! The fish was so salted it was not edible… we explain the situation to our waiter who was very unhappy with our comments. He started eating the fish with his FINGERS in front of us and decided it was fine. Took both plates and put the content in the garbage. The bill arrived… they charged us for two items that they “forgot” to bring and also for the two plate of fish that we complained about and was put in the garbage by the waiter. We called the waiter to ask him to remove these items from our bill. He became violent, screaming at us and I thought he would physically punch my husband! We paid the bill and left there quite shaken by his behaviour. The food was awful and the waiter should be reported to senior management! When we left I took a picture and he gave me the finger....
Read moreThe staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful (and speak great English). I’m allergic to garlic, onions and gluten (FODMAP) and had two fantastic meals here, including a paella (although they were a bit baffled as to why I would want a garlic and onion free paella I can confirm it was still very delicious). They brought me a gluten free bread roll and were careful to point out the accompaniments on the table I couldn’t eat. The prices are very reasonable for fresh seafood: a goats cheese salad, bbq giant prawns, salt cooked sea bass for two, a bottle of wine, two glasses of sangria and two deserts came to around £80. It’s a lovely spot to sit and watch the sun set but book your table well in advance for a terrace seat as it’s a...
