I came here because all restaurants at the beach requested me previous reservation even having free sits. At this restaurant was completely different, from the first minute to the last one the service was very friendly. At the menu there are many options of Catalan food, majority related to the sea and prices are very honest. I ordered Russian salad as the first and codfish as second. The portions were huge, only the salad would be enough to serve two adults and no need for the second. Solamente he comido en una ocasión en este restaurante y ha sido haciendo menú. La comida estaba bastante buena, el postre nos sorprendió por su originalidad. El servicio no estaba especialmente atentos a nuestra mesa, pero no tardaron mucho en servir los platos y, además, cuando manifesté que la copa de vino que había pedido no era de mi agrado, me la cambiaron enseguida, mostrando con ello su buena disposición. El precio del menú era razonable y la ubicación del local es buena, casi enfrente de la playa. Disponen de un amplio interior y unas cuantas mesas en el exterior. El acceso a personas con carritos o sillas de ruedas es posible. Los cuartos de baño estaban muy limpios. Sin embargo, creo que un elemento desluce el potencial del restaurante y, desde mi humilde opinión, es la decoración y el ambiente. Se llama "Som Terra" (pensemos en la tierra, en sus colores, en su textura, en sus frutos) y el local se encuentra revestido en una gama cromática blanca y fría, con un techo del mismo color, compuesto por una cuadrícula y atravesado por un gran extractor industrial en gris. Tampoco recuerdo ninguna música, solo silencio... En conjunto, me transmitió una sensación fría, aséptica, tecnológica, muy alejada del concepto de Tierra y, esta disonancia cognitiva, me impidió disfrutar plenamente de la experiencia, motivo por el cual, de momento no volvería (sobre todo teniendo en cuenta la amplía oferta gastronómica de Mataró). Sin embargo, considerando que la cocina lo vale y que el servicio fue atento, le doy tres estrellas. Y considero que, si trabajaran en el aspecto citado, tendría un amplio potencial de mejora pues, en realidad, comer es un acto muy cinestético...
