A La Turka — Restaurant in Mataró

Restaurante ambiente is really cool with traditional decorative style. Service and stuff are fine. According to our experience Lahmacun and iskender kebap were totally disappointing. Why? Because these are not lahmacun and İskender. They must change the plates’ name because this makes wrong expectation and disappointment.As a iskender l expected döner meat above the pita bread with melted butter on it , tomato sauce on the meat and must served by yogurt and bulgur with tomato sauce. But we got not tasty döner meat with fried egg plant and fried green pepper and pita bread and some weird different dip sauce. Please write on google see what is iskender kebab and use that recipe rather than creating different food with same name. This is something eatable but this is not right name for the plate. Also as a lahmacun is totally different than what must be. You can’t put doner meat and fresh tomatoes and salad and cheese inside the lahmacun , if you do this please change the plate’s name. Lahmacun must service as is like thin crispy dough and topping must be the mincemeat mixture with onion, tomato, parsley , red and black pepper. What l had ? The mincemeat dough is filled by döner meat, fresh onion and tomate and salad and melted Chesse. I had culture shock. I saw other reviews like chicken sticks and meat plates seem good . But please change the plates name for iskender and lahmacun. 🙏🏻 or use the right recipe please. This nice looking restaurante should improve the food’s quality with...

No pongo 0 estrellas porque no me dejan, pero muy malos los kebabs, la carne mala y el pan de pita lo compraron en mercadona segurisimo! Y encima el menú 8,50€ cuando te vas a un kebab del barrio que te ponen unos kebabs bien grandes con menú grande y te cobran 5,50€ y están más buenos...no me habría importado pagar eso si la comida hubiera sido de calidad! no vale la pena para nada este sitio! Comida mala y atención por la chica de la entrada mala también una amargada antipática y el jefe o encargado mayor también ! encima te cobran mal(me cobraron menos de lo que era... Así que imaginaros...luego obviamente pague la diferencia porque ante todo ser legal... Pero el jefe/encargado con un tono de rintintin diciendo: pues tendrá que pagar más... Pues vale! Que sepas que no me viene de 6€ más o menos) La única chica amable que había era la que nos atendió para el pedido (hija con lo mal que te hablaron yo buscaría otro trabajo que si no acabarás como las amargadas de tus compañeros...) vamos un 0!

Hacía 2 años que no íbamos y el trato al cliente era muchísimo mejor y la comida también, nos gastamos como unos 100€ pero comimos agusto por lo bueno que estaba todo y no nos importó gastar eso...Pero ahora? No vuelvo nunca más ni invitada... Y según mis conocidos que también iban ahí tampoco irán por la misma opinión... Así que señores jefes o mejoran la calidad de la comida y tratan mejor a sus trabajadores para que así traten mejor a sus clientes o no vais a durar mucho ahí ya que sitios de comida turca empiezan a ver más! Porque el precio es bueno, siempre y cuando la comida y el trato sea de calidad....

Nunca en mi vida hemos comido un kebab tan malo. Nos lo han traído dos veces frío!!! El Pan no fue casero y él ha dicho ninguno lo hace ... qué tontería .. !!! Crecimos en Alemania con la cultura del kebab, hecho de los turcos que fueron los que expandieron esta cultura en Alemania. Hemos pagado todo y tampoco nos ha ofrecido algo en compenso ... Muy mala experiencia!! Parecía que él ya fuera acostumbrado de estas quejas!! Y parecía que no le importaba nada!! Nunca más nunca más ...!!!

Noch nie unserem Leben haben wir so einen schlechten Kebab gegessen!!! Zweimal wurde er kalt serviert!!! Das Fladenbrot war nicht ausgemacht... und er hat gesagt, keiner mache das mehr selbst ... was für ein Quatsch .. !!! Wir sind in Deutschland mit der Kebab-Kultur aufgewachsen, und wissen ganz genau was ein wirklich guter Kebab ist. Unsere Ansprüche sind inzwischen auch nicht mehr so hoch aber das war wirklich das Allerletzte. Wir haben alles bezahlt und er hat uns nichts als Entschädigung angeboten ... sehr sehr schlechte Erfahrung !! Es schien als ob er diese Art von Beschwerden bereits kannte und im Grunde genommen war es ihm auch völlig egal. Dieses Lokal ist wirklich nicht...
