We arrived without a reservation, a friendly waiter checked and could offer us table for three. Then we were served by 2 waitresses, who were not so friendly unfortunately. The 3rd plate and cutlery were just thrown on the table. When ordering, she didn’t ask how we like our meat, not asked if we would like some sauce, she couldn’t wait to leave the table. So had to ask for the sauce after ordering, an this was added to our order. When we received our food, the sauce was missing. It took a while before getting the waitresses attention. Then she noticed the sauce wasn’t there, so she went to get it. We were halfway our dinner. We asked for dessert, the 3 menu’s were handed over to my husband, again, couldn’t be quick enough. It is mainly for special occasions as the overall price paid is in the higher price bracket. The fish dishes, cod & turbot were really tasty and well priced but I felt €28 for beef stroganoff was a bit extortionate. My ternera nacional was excellent. The two guys on service that day were polite and well dressed but needed chasing up to bring extra dishes we ordered like Ailoli for the chipitos and our replacement white wine. The desserts let it down as several were pre packed and expensive. I am being harsher than normal due to the higher price being charged. Overall I believe the good outways the average and we will visit again but not as often as we would like, for the price band we can go to Murcia...

We had bread, cheese and pate starter with salad as a first course and to be honest that was really filling and so tasty. I love cheese so it wod have been nice to know what each one was but that is just because I am nosey. For a min I had pork in a pepper sauce. I have never had pork loin that tender. It literally melted in my mouth. 2 gin and tonics, two large starters with bread.
