Si te gusta el pan de verdad, con sabor auténtico, pan de pueblo, este es el obrador y panadería de Mieres. Las empanadas y los pasteles muy ricos ( la palmera de chocolate es bestial). Recomendable al 100/100. Un sitio donde puedes comprar barras de hasta 1 kg de pan artesano de harina...

No es cierto que el pan sea el mismo de antes. Se puede sentir que se utilizan mejoradores y leudantes. El pan está muerto, y el de centeno sabe como un panecillo inflado. ¿Por qué hoy en día los panaderos no se avergüenzan de utilizar todos...
