WARNING. The owner or manager of this restaurant is extremely rude about bringing your babies / children. Me and my best friend showed up this evening with a 6 month old and a 2 year old and we were eye rolled when we entered and treated like a burden upon being seated. The man was so beyond rude, making my 6 months old pram a big issue saying it couldn’t be in the restaurant because it was blocking the way, I said I would fold it and put it away to the side, then I asked for two high chairs and he huffed and puffed and said my 6 month old didn’t need one, “that baby can’t sit up in a high chair” he said. My 6 month old is fully sitting in a high chair and eating at the moment, what the hell does he know!! He then huffed and puffed again and said in Spanish “why is everyone showing up with children today” I’m bilingual, lived here my whole life and I responded “that’s life, children are part of life!” And he responded “that’s not life!” .. We walked out, we were so shocked and never been spoken to like this before, how can someone be so nasty over two innocent babies. It’s disgusting. We went to El Gusto across the road and had a beautiful dinner, where the waiters welcomed us and my babies in a lovely manner, and treated us no differently. Didn’t even get to try the food here but after telling some friends the story they said the food is nothing special anyway and SAI is the best place to go, which I’ve been to before and can confirm SAI is absolutely lovely and welcome babies as I’ve been there lots of times with my babies and they love them. Avoid this place, it’s a really dark energy...
Read moreFood is ok, nothing special but normal standard Indian for English taste palette. Service however was ridiculously slow. Half restaurant was full at the time we were there so I don't want to imagine what happens when its full. We waited so long for the food, I would say over 30mins, once food arrived I wanted to right away pay the bill, as I just wanted to eat with my toddler and go, before sge gets even more irritated but I think we got the bill after another 30mins. Unless you want to go and spend all your evening there without any time limit than its ok I guess, but if you just want to have a dinner and go its definitely not the best choice as all in all you will stay there for sure over one hour or more. In the area there are many choices of Indian restaurants and this one will be my last choice next time, im not tourist I...
Read moreIncredible India's food was exceptional—fresh, aromatic, delicious, and perfectly spiced. The menu features a variety of options, including tandoori dishes, curries, chef's specials, vegetable dishes, and biryanis, with choices of chicken, lamb, or shrimp. The karahi, priced at 12.95 euros, was flavorful, while the tandoori mixed grill, at 19.95 euros, was served in a generous portion. The only area for improvement is the extra mango salsa, which cost 5.95 euros and seemed to have been reheated multiple times. The service was top-notch with efficient, friendly, and lighthearted waiters who were accommodating of most requests, including setting up an outdoor...
