Standard place to eat food. We ordered their Mijas style eggs, Carbonara spaghetti, and pork with fries. The Mijas style eggs was a mixture of baked eggs, with cheese, ham and lots of tomato sauce. The pork with fries dish was just lean boiled pork with tomato sauce and fries, and the carbonara was just what it said it was, just nothing special. I saw bad reviews on Google maps about the food at this place, including the Carbonara pasta we ordered, but it wasn’t too bad, just overwhelmingly average. We live in mijas and had never been here. Today friends cam so we thought we’d try it. What a waste.
They took white asparagus from a jar and put 6 on a couple of leaves of iceberg, two tablespoons of processed carrots, a teaspoon of tartar and one of ranch , and charged over 9 euros. The sword was awful: this, dry with a couple of fries and frozen veg:15: euros.
It fit the bill as we wanted to show them Mijas. Happily it was not for the dining experience.
