Shea´s Kitchen — Restaurant in Mojácar

Went to Sheas Kitchen and was charmed by the ambience. I loved the fact the proprietor talked to and welcomed every guest and then cooked for them. His patience in listening to stories was exemplary and the food was out of this world. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment, the food, the service and the atmosphere. 11/10 rating. Followed up the previous visit with a Sunday Lunch booking. All I can say is that in terms of menu choice, quality of ingredients, the fact that everything including sauces and condiments was homemade and the portion sizes all deserve the title 'Legendary'. Hog roast with salad and gravy was not what we expected. Very overpriced at 16 euros.

Just received your reply after 3 months. I am dumbfounded. One of our table wouldn't eat the hog roast as she didn't like your social distancing policy. You served with no gloves or mask. Everyone had to serve themselves using the same serving spoons. How do you know you asked me whether I enjoyed it, you never came to our table, plus we came in the afternoon not the evening. Went to Sheas kitchen last week. 3 had cod and chips - massive portion, lovely and crispy and hot, so tasty. 1 had Swordfish - wow, perfectly cooked - absolutely fantastic! 1 had hake - also amazing, such generous portion and so lovely!
