Very disappointed. I ordered a steak medium and when it came it was well done. The waiter, very politely took it back and when it came again it was extra rare, barely cooked on the outside and it was fridge cold inside. This time the owner came over and I explained I wanted a medium steak. He brought me another steak as rare as the first one and then argued with me that this is how medium is. No, rare is not medium and ice cold inside. I then said please cancel my steak, after 3 times of them not being able to get it right I was over it and didn’t want it anymore. He walked off and then came back with a portable cooker and told me to cook the steak myself 😳 I’ve never been treated so rudely and condescendingly by an owner, I’m absolutely shocked. Hemos ido a cenar esta noche ya que nos habían hablado muy bien de este sitio. Los primeros estaban ricos pero cuál es nuestra sorpresa cuando pedimos, siendo dos, un chuletón de vaca vieja de 1,5 kilos que habíamos visto porque nos habían traído la carne y cuando lo traen ya hecha ni era el mismo hueso y no era la misma cantidad de carne faltaba más de la mitad. La carne estaba esparcida pensando que no nos íbamos a dar cuenta. Esto me parece vergonzoso no hemos dicho nada por no montarla pero mi marido le ha comentado al camarero que cuánto había mermado la carne y enseguida nos ha pedido perdón cosa que nos ha sorprendió porque no hemos dicho nada más ya que a mi sinceramente me daba vergüenza decir nada pero a mi marido le ha sentado fatal porque nos han tomado el pelo totalmente. La verdad que ahora me arrepiento y por eso escribo esto. El camarero ha sido muy amable pero el dueño como he dicho debe de ser un sin vergüenza.
