Pipoca — Restaurant in Murcia

We came with high expectations due to the reviews of the place and unfortunately they were not met. We were very excited to try some vegan tapas (as it's the only place that looked really good). We were served very nice cold drinks upon arrival, but unfortunately were completely ignored afterwards. Other tables that came got drinks and food, but we were ignored until we felt it was time to look elsewhere for our food. We waited for about 1 hour/1 hour and a half and in that time we had no service, even though there were only two other tables. Perhaps it's because we did not feel like shouting and waving our arms for someone to serve us, but a different restaurant was happy to keep an eye on us and give us a very nice meal. Hopefully customers will be served better...

I love the atmosphere there, because the terrace is between other restaurants and bars so it’s pretty crowded with young people! A lot of seats inside and outside! It’s an american kinda menu, burgers, bagels, burritos etc. But sometimes they have some extra plates which aren’t on the regular menu! Like for example this vegan cheese tasting plate! So go ahead to ask! I ordered the Triangulo de las Bermudas, a soft and fluffy pita bread stuffed with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese (which I really liked because it was kinda melted), vegan meat that remind me of real kebab and topped with an amazing sauce! El peor restaurante vegano al que he ido en toda mi vida, los huevos salados y el sabor no se ni a qué saben, la ensaladilla ácida, los canelones con espinacas y champiñones congelados con los rabos de las espinacas grandes y todo, la hamburguesa tex mex sabe de todo menos a tex Méx y nada, pero nada estaba que digas es ni si quiera pasable, que seáis el restaurante mejor valorado de Murcia disculpa pero no me lo creo ni loco 🤪 que un restaurante como el jardín de los dragones esté cerrado y el vuestro abierto siendo vosotros bastante más caros, es algo que no consigo entender y sobre las reseñas, que tenéis 3 😂😂😂 estoy pero que muy seguro que son todas de gente conocida o de vosotros mismos por que es imposible que nadie se haya quejado antes, yo es la segunda vez en mi vida que pongo una reseña te seguro que ya tiene que estar algo malo para molestarme.

Y que encima tengáis actitud de en lugar como otras empresas hacen de pedir disculpas poneros en esa actitud, dice mucho de vuestro compromiso con los clientes, vamos que os da igual que alguien se vaya de ahí sintiendo que es la peor comida de su vida. Creeréis que si estoy escribiendo esto es por simplemente fastidiar, en lugar de hacer un poco de examen y ver si es cierto que tenéis una carta llena de comida que decir mediocre es...
