A beautiful spot to sit and eat next the beach while the breeze blows. However, the pizza was severely lacking. I ordered the Quatro Stagioni pizza. The menu stated it came with tomato sauce funghi-mushrooms, cooked ham, asparagus and artichokes. The items were not spread evenly across the pizza but each had its own space which I can understand might be a reference to Quatro Stagioni. But the ham looked like it was cut from slices of lunch meat for sandwiches. The mushrooms were not freshly cut, and reminded me of mushrooms from a can packed with water. The asparagus was not what freshly cut asparagus should look like. The 3 peices of artichoke were gray no green. They also appeared to be from a can packed with water. I do have to say that if cost was the main factor in the pizza they did the best they could. The pizza slice itself had a good undercarriage and was cooked appropriately the crust was firm with a slight burn which the way its supposed to be. I also ordered the risotto with funghi-mushrooms. The sauce and rice was done well and had good flavor. However, again the mushrooms felt like they were from a can and not freshly cut. I did not order dessert because I didn't want to be disappointed further. Besides there are way to many places to get ice cream and other desserts. The dining area which is both inside with the windows open and outside was wel lit and provides a view of the beach...
Read moreReal Italian restaurant, no fake. From the outside looks normal not so promising, I wouldn't go in if it was really late and all was closed on Monday night in Malaga at 22h. The owners were there on a table speaking Italian keeping an eye over it all, real care. Home made pasta, truly a pleasure. I've asked for a cream vodka caviar salomon sauce, but easy on the cream and make it on a butter base, so they had no issues with modifying it to perfection. Service very good. I'm not giving 5 starts just because of the Tiramisú.. I took it home to enjoy it later on, but was not something close to the real thing, didn't lift my spirit at all ( Tiramisú in Italian means "lift me up" ) maybe because it needs some good liqueur in it. Thank you for a great dinner. Will come...
