X Tela Marinera — Restaurant in Níjar

Went there one afternoon with high expectations given the reviews. However they seemed to have been short staffed on the day and looked somewhat overwhelemed. For example not everything we ordered turned up (except on the bill). In fairness the bill was adjusted when I pointed this out.

No wine list or prices for wine on display.

For the most part the food was pretty good although the prawn croquette was cold in the middle.

Situated just around the corner of the beach in an alley you will find something really different from the usual paella's and fried fish. Here you will have modern cuisine, surprising dishes and flavour combinations and fresh local products. It's great, bold and yummy and yes, its still in a good price range. Also, the owner, the staff, are very very friendly. And......

Mi experiencia en X-Tela Marinera fue excepcional de principio a fin. Desde el momento en que cruzas la puerta, te envuelve una atmósfera cálida y acogedora. El servicio fue impecable; el personal es atento, amable y está siempre dispuesto a hacer recomendaciones acertadas.

En cuanto a la comida, cada plato fue una auténtica obra de arte. Los ingredientes frescos, las combinaciones de sabores sorprendentes y las presentaciones cuidadas al detalle hicieron de cada bocado una experiencia inolvidable. Destaco especialmente el pulpo braseado con patata violeta y ajada gallega que fue sencillamente perfecto en textura y sabor.

Además, la relación calidad-precio es excelente no solo satisface, sino que supera las expectativas, y sin duda se ha convertido en uno de mis lugares favoritos para disfrutar de una comida excepcional. ¡Lo recomiendo cien por cien ,no le doy más estrellas porque no hay.
