They place is Definitely overrated (choosed based on trip adviser ratings) and overpriced. The food was average, but for such price we expected something may be not "excellent", but at minimum tasty. But we got ordinary cooked dishes. The place is mostly about design and entreatment and not about food. Service was ok, but few strange things happened (the waiter was tried to put the back to the cork back to the bottle of red vine for some reason, change glasses few times). Reserve una mesa para cenar 6 personas el día 30-12. Como el restaurante estaba lleno me ofrecieron acomodarnos en el bar y aceptamos. Al llegar nos habían colocado cerca de la puerta y la verdad es que fue un poco rollo por el frío que hacía y lo maleducado del personal que se dejaba la puerta permanentemente abierta incluso cuando salían a fumar. Se podría solucionar con un muelle cierra puertas o un cartel. La cena, pese a las esperas, que no fueron excesivamente largas y más viendo que el local estaba abarrotado, estuvo bien y el encargado de la zona se desvivió por que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. Le pedimos recomendación en algunos platos y la verdad es que fue muy acertada y tenía toda la razón, demostró ser un muy buen profesional. Eso sí, alguna camarera no se enteraba de nada. Las raciones fueron generosas y cenamos de forma abundante, a un precio medio de 36 € por comensal, quizás un poco por encima de lo habitual en la zona. La olla aranesa fue contundente aunque para mi gusto el cocido montañés estaba mejor, el huevo con foie muy bueno aunque el del wok de verduras fuera irrelevante. De segundo el rabo de toro fue muy copioso y bien cocinado, los milhojas de carrillera mas normales y los entrecots sin fallo. El mejor postre para nuestro gusto fue el que nos aconsejo el camarero muy acertadamente: la tarta de queso con un sabor exquisito. La tarta Tatín y la torrija también estuvieron bien, sin llegar a ser tan buenas. Un apunte más: el mantel de hule y servilletas de papel. No está...

Our best experience in the area. Excellent food and spectacular service. Mr S loved his chicken cannelloni and our friends were especially impressed by the anchovies. The amuse bouche of a glass of gazpacho was a palette awakening sensation. A nice glass of house wine and complimentary cassis to wash it all down. Definitely the friendliest of the dozen cafes and restaurants we visited...
