⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Dining Experience at Pinotage Restaurante & Café
During our recent visit to Arties, we had the absolute pleasure of dining at Pinotage Restaurante & Café, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
The food was nothing short of exceptional. We started with the baked goat cheese with butternut squash, which was perfectly balanced—creamy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For our mains, we had the entrecôte and pulpo (octopus), both cooked to perfection with incredible depth of flavor paired with a beautiful glass of Pinotage as per recommendation. To top it all off, we ended our meal with the best homemade cheesecake we’ve ever had—light, creamy, and absolutely delicious!
The ambiance was warm and cozy, with a rustic charm that made us feel instantly at home. What truly set Pinotage apart, though, was the hospitality. The owner personally welcomed us and shared that we were the first Filipinos to ever visit the restaurant, making the evening even more special. His warmth and passion for what he does were evident in every detail.

Read moreWe went to Pinotage for lunch and ordered the 30€ per person menu.
My wife ordered the deer 🦌 too our surprise, the plate arrived and it was lovely, until we realised that actually it wasn’t deer and it was in fact lamb.
The service was also slow, not up to par for a restaurant with those prices, I shouldn’t have to ask 4 times for bread and my wife ordered a glass of wine which we had to ask for them to put more, twice, as it was more like a shot of wine 🍷
Nothing worse than a restaurant trying to pull the wool over your eyes and then charging 70€ for the pleasure… 👀
Shame because the carpaccio and quiche were lovely. Not a great way to start...
