The food in this small restaurant is wonderful. Fresh, tasty, great quality and different from the other restaurants in the town, that pretty much all serve the same tapas. Ursula, is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, she is an amazing cook, who produces great quality food. The kitchen, the tables and chairs both inside and out are spotlessly clean. Our little dog was also welcome on the patio and was made to feel welcome too, which isn't always the case in Olvera, as there's only a few that will welcome dogs. Bar Pimentel is home away from home. Dining at Ursula’s restaurant is what anyone needs to feel the magic of Olvera. Ursula, the owner, cooks from her heart and makes dishes that are delicious and well seasoned. I love her chuleta de puerco and tomato salad with onions, shredded emmental, and maldon salt.
