Another epicurean delight! (This is our fourth visit to Corral De la Pacheca in less than four weeks ... which should tell you something!) Constantly proving its "Tradition ... with Innovation" theme, we began our meal with Ensaladilla de Langostinos--something you won't find anywhere else in Olvera. Forget ensaladilla rusa! This is, by far, superior! We also very much enjoyed Gyozas de Langostinos (available as Gyozas de Pollo, as well), which is a superb balance of sweet and spicy ... Tostadita de Queso de Cabra C/Cebolla Caramelizada y Nueces ... and Pincho de Cordero con Cusceús. If we continue praising this restaurant, we will have to take its excellent staff -- who are as good as the food! -- back to Portugal with us. No question about it, in our minds: This is the very best...

The real revelation were the random Japanese-named dishes peppered on the menu. We tried the yakisoba with prawns and vegetables – while not authentically Japanese, it was delicious. It would be more accurately named as just fried noodles. I would order it again. The home-made cheesecake was also rather good.
I would happily return to the restaurant if I was ever in...
