Bratembier Bierhaus — Restaurant in Ontinyent

Went here with friends knowing nothing about the restaurant. Best find ever really friendly and helpful staff, good beer and wine (so I'm told as I was driving 😃) and the food was spectacular the ribs cooked just right they came off the bone perfectly. ..thing we've found our local regular restaurant. ..beats all others we've been to hands down. Sadly just had to change my 5 stars down to 1. Went for breakfast again and what a disaster. Don’t get me wrong the food is still tasty but initially asking for an americano and a cafe con leche In clarifying my request I got a cafe solo, we ordered a German breakfast and a Stuttgart breakfast, when my husband’s German breakfast arrived I was told mine would be in a minute, at that time we also ordered two more coffees. My coffee came but my husband’s con leche didn’t. A member of staff finally came over due to me looking around for someone to chase my breakfast and the coffee. The coffee arrived and he went off to chase breakfast..... by this time my husband had eaten his breakfast entirely. THEN a breakfast arrived (a German breakfast not the Stuttgart as ordered) so my husband ate alone and then I ate alone.... When you go out to breakfast together you don’t expect your meals approx 30 minutes apart and only then when chased .....this is bad customer service and left us tight with our car park ticket time. When I asked about receiving a German breakfast instead of a Stuttgart breakfast I was told the kitchen didn’t have all the ingredients for the Stuttgart breakfast Please get your act together as we often come here for dinner with friends and don’t what this to happen when we...

Tenía muchas ganas de volver a este sitio pero después del servicio de anoche tardaré bastante en volver, si es que vuelvo. Pedimos dos entrantes y una hamburguesa a las 21:20. La bebida vino casi en seguida y los entrantes tampoco tardaron mucho (uno de ellos era la cena de mi pareja). No obstante, el problema fue la hamburguesa. Veiamos que se servía a otras mesas, también entrantes y decidimos esperar. A las 22:10 le preguntamos por la hamburguesa a una chica que no llevaba la misma camiseta que el resto (suponemos que llevaba poco tiempo trabajando en el local), la cual se mostró confusa y literalmente NO HIZO NADA tras nuestra petición (lo más normal es que si eres nuevo, te dicen algo así y no sabes qué hacer, preguntes a alguien más veterano). Decidimos seguir esperando y a las 22:30 volvimos a preguntar por la hamburguesa a otro camarero, el cuál sí que vimos entrar a cocina tras la petición. A las 22:43 sirvieron la hamburguesa (que había pedido con patatas y vino sin, pero bueno, ni las reclamé porque básicamente quería cenar e irme de allí). Entiendo que era día de feria, con mucha afluencia y muchos pedidos para recoger, entiendo que puede ser que para ese número de pedidos fueran poco personal (tres en cocina según nos dijeron y cuatro en sala, tres y medio si contamos el hacer de la camarera con camiseta diferente); pero lo que no puede ocurrir NUNCA es que alguien de forma paciente te pregunte sobre su pedido y tú no hagas ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA. We attended this restaurant for some food as it looked nice. Unfortunately we didn’t get to taste any as the service was terrible. We were left waiting 30mim for our order to be taken. I had called up to the bar with the menu to place an order but was told to relax and sit back at my table and order will be taken. After another 10mins of waiting our patience had run out...
