We came to eat for the first time after it was recommended by a friend and what a great recommendation it was. At first glance it looks quite basic and as it's a big place I thought the service would be slow, but how wrong was I. We had a mixed salad which was big enough for 2, it was fresh and crispy. We shared a pizza with ham and mushroom and asked for rocket to also be added and we were very happy with it. It was super tasty, the best pizza we've tried in Spain! The mushrooms were very tasty and they were generous with the toppings and at a very reasonable price. We also shared chips and they too were lovely, a bit like out of a chip shop. The wine was also cheap, we had a bottle for €6.90. The staff were quick to serve and very well organised, they were not running all over the place, they worked well as a team which puts you at ease. They have a vast menu with pastas, meat and fish too so it's not just pizza. But if you like a thin stone baked pizza then do try one, you won't be disappointed. Overall we were very satisfied and will definatley be...
Read moreWe were recommended this charming Italian spot by Erich and his dog Tuka, a fellow German we met during our time in Beniaberg, — and what a recommendation it was! From the moment we arrived, we could tell this place was something special.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with an especially lovely outdoor seating area that’s well worth reserving in advance. While we didn’t manage to snag a table outside this time, the food more than made up for it.
Every dish was flawlessly prepared, bursting with authentic flavors and made with clear attention to detail. From the fresh ingredients to the perfectly balanced sauces, it was one of the best Italian meals we've had in a long time — a true taste of Italy tucked away in an unexpected corner of Spain.
If you're anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and go. Erich, you were absolutely right — it...
Read moreWe were highly recommended by a friend about this place, so we decided to try it out. They have a good menu with quite a lot of food to choose from, but we were told about how great the pizza are. So we ordered a margarita pizza, and a prosciutto and cream cheese pizza. To be honest, when the pizza arrived, it was quite disappointing. The pizzas were super thin. The amount of ingredients on the margarita pizza were minimal. As for the prosciutto and cream cheese pizza, we can barely taste the cream cheese. For a €8 pizza, surely they could be a little more generous with the ingredients. Basically, we arrived hungry, we left hungry. If you like open air space, there were a good number of tables outside as the end of the restaurant is fully open up. However, this also means there were a lot of flies flying around...
