China Town — Restaurant in Orihuela

Stands out as the worst meal I have had in over 20 years.. Semi cold greasy food served by badly dressed staff on very cold plates in surroundings that needed re vamping 20 years ago. The restaurant has the ambience of a public toilet. I have eaten cheap food before but there is no excuse for tasteless rubbish. The evening left 2 of our party of 6 throwing up. Our menu included sizzling prawns... for 6 .. They served 5 prawns...when questioned said, yes that's what you get. The large prawns were so over cooked that the shells would not come away. 😡🤮Fui a este restaurante con mi familia esperando disfrutar de una comida agradable, pero fue una experiencia absolutamente decepcionante e insalubre.

Primero, el trato del personal fue muy deficiente. Desde el principio, notamos falta de atención y cortesía. Pero lo peor vino cuando encontré una cucaracha dentro de la salsa china de mi ternera. Al notificarlo, el dueño apenas nos entendió y, en lugar de disculparse o asumir responsabilidad, se rió y dijo que era normal porque la cocina era vieja y que ya le había pasado antes.

A pesar de esta situación totalmente inaceptable, no nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación ni disculpa formal.

Este incidente revela un grave problema de salubridad. No es normal encontrar insectos en la comida, y mucho menos que el dueño lo trate con tanta ligereza.
