Pablo´s International Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Orihuela

Well we have been to this bar a few times to be honest because there seems to be nice people going there and a good atmosphere over all . The food is nothing special and small portions compared to most of tge bars in the area. But tge final straw was tonight after this happening last year when we asked for the bill, we were overcharged by £10 for drinks we didn't have, this was because my husband requested an itemised bill at the bar. The same thing happened last year but now this has left us thinking,was it really a mistake. We found this place on Google, as I am Gluten intolerant and I was delighted to find they did Fish &Chips gluten free. I have to say it was the worst meal I have had in a very long time, there was no menu provided so I was hoping to have the Fish in batter..no it was absolutely disgusting dusted and fried with absolutely no seasoning and was completely tasteless with chewy fish, some chips were cooked and some were hard. The mushy peas were awful, and to top it off my table cloth was stained and mozzies...

At the very best I can only say this place below mediocre. When in Spain why not put Irish stew on your tapas menu?? I guess that's the international bit taken care of... The most embarrassing thing, apart from the disgusting food, was watching the owner running around with a bucket trying to get some cash together to pay the musician engaged for the night.. you employ him... you pay him. Don't hope for the best and wing it.. Of all the bars in all the world... avoid this one...
