La Lajita — Restaurant in Pájara

A total disaster. Along with my boyfriend we came here on our way cuz we were hungry and we pretty much left that way. I have ordered a garlic soup which looked like it's been eaten once already. I gave it a try nonetheless and it tasted like water with something really weird in texture. We were also served a bread with some dips. A stale bread and poor quality dips turned out to be the best of the whole order... For my main dish I chose lasagne which was pretty much awful. The meat wasn't in sauce and was, in my opinion, quite rare. The only tomatoes in the dish were outside of lasagne and tasted, after all quite nice. There ware about a spoonful of them in total. The bechamel was so thick that after baking it you could confuse it with pasta. Everything was covered in layers on melted cheese. And I mean it: layers. This easily could go as cheese dish. I just hope I won't get sick.
